Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Engagements

Every SHINTECH engagement begins with a written scope agreed after the strategy call. The scope defines deliverables, milestones, timeline, and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins — no surprise invoices.

2. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables: source code, design files, edited media, and project assets created for your engagement. SHINTECH retains the right to reference the engagement in its portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

3. Payment

Project engagements are typically split into milestone payments defined in the scope document. Monthly engagements (content pipelines, continuous scale) are billed in advance. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

4. Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on timely inputs — access, credentials, brand assets, footage, and feedback. Delays in providing agreed inputs may extend the timeline without altering the price.

5. Revisions & acceptance

Each milestone includes the revision rounds defined in its scope. Deliverables are considered accepted when approved in writing or when used in production, whichever comes first.

6. Warranties & liability

We warrant that delivered work will materially conform to the agreed scope and will fix conforming defects reported within the support window at no charge. SHINTECH's total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to the notice date; we hand over all completed and in-progress deliverables covered by that payment.
